We often forget that some of our closest neighbors are lacking life’s basic needs – clothing and food. The Orchard Commons Clothes Closet and Food Pantry ministry has enabled us to serve those in need in Cumberland, York and Oxford counties by providing clothing and food.

Our Mission
The mission of the Orchard Commons Clothes Closet and Food Pantry is to share the love of Jesus Christ and make Him known as we serve those in need in our community and surrounding communities. Clothes and food are free and shared with love and respect to those who come for assistance. As we share the overwhelming abundance of God’s provision, it is our intention that all visitors feel welcomed and safe and that they receive generous portions of kindness and grace.
Our Vision
To introduce people to Jesus Christ and demonstrate His love as we distribute clothing and food to those in need, welcoming all visitors in a safe, friendly and compassionate environment while maintaining the dignity of each person.
Message:
As we respond directly to God's love for us, the words of Jesus are our guide:
"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me." - Matthew 25:35
