Brian Ward
Senior Pastor
Brian and his wife Pam have attended the Orchard since it was first planted in 2011. He has served in many different roles at the church including: small group leader, minister of discipleship, and Elder. Brian felt called to pastoral ministry in 2018 and was appointed as the pastor of the Orchard in February 2019.
Julie Tajonera
Trustee / Children’s Ministry Leader
Julie began attending the Orchard in 2016. She came to know Christ at the age of 7 and had the privilege of growing up in the Christian family. Serving on short-term missions as a teenager led her to attend New England Bible College, graduating in 1995. Since then, Julie has served in a variety of ministries: young adult’s ministries, women’s ministries, children’s ministries, and evangelistic ministries. She has a passion for evangelism and teaching the Word of God, helping Christians grow in their love and knowledge of God.
Currently, Julie works with homeschoolers as an educator at Royal Academy. She lives in New Gloucester where she enjoys spending time with her husband, Bernie, and two daughters, Abigail and Sarah.
Chip Wentworth
Trustee / Praise Team
Chip and his wife Amy have attended the Orchard Community Church regularly since the spring of 2012. Chip is willing to serve in a wide variety of capacities as the church's needs arise; working in the kitchen, serving his church family; joining the Orchard Church Praise Team, helping to lead the congregation in worship; and most recently joining the leadership team as a trustee. He and his wife reside in Hiram, Maine.
Pam Ward
Worship Leader / Community Services Coordinator
Pam has served as the Praise & Worship Team Leader at the Orchard since 2011. Pam is a vocalist and plays both acoustic guitar and piano. She is passionate about Jesus Christ and about being used by God to draw worshipers into His presence. Pam also enjoys leading the women’s small group and coordinating the activities and volunteer staff at the “Orchard Commons” Clothes Closet and Food Pantry. Pam and her husband Brian have been attending and serving at the Orchard since 2011. Pam and Brian live in Hollis with Pam’s mom, Nancy and their dog, Max.
